California Road Trip - Day 2: Fargo, ND -> Bozeman, MT

Day 2

I woke up to the cold morning air of the rest stop parking lot and started driving again, my goal for tonight was originally make it to Billings, Montana; however, after a few hours of driving I extended it to Bozeman, Montana, as I was feeling pretty energized.

The weather was a lot better today, I had mostly clear skies until I was part way through Montana. Once I was well into the state however, the snow started up again, making a lot of slush on the road. The slush worsened traction quite a bit so I had to go fairly slowly through a lot of Montana, often driving with my hazard lights on and pulling over to wait out portions of the storm.

Once I made it to Bozeman, I stopped at Chick-fil-a for my favourite mac & cheese ever, and then decided to get a hotel. Im happy I made that decision because this bed is much comfier than my car.

Im making really good time on this trip, haha! Hopefully I don't get there too early.
