California Road Trip - Day 13: Heading South(east)

Day 13

Aly and I spent yesterday packing so I decided not to write anything.

Today I brought her back to the airport and we said our farewells. I wish she lived closer to me.

Once I dropped her off, I places a few grocery orders so I could bring back some things for my mom, and then went to the beach. Even in February, in San Francisco, I can't handle a trip to the coast without feeling the ocean. I went to Ocean Beach and stood with my toes in the waves for a while before heading to the stores to pick up my orders.

After that, i started driving to my best-friend Angel's parent's house. He's currently away for the military, but he's hoping to be back before I return to Canada so I'm staying at his parent's house for a night or two.

It was supposed to be a two hour drive from San Francisco; I don't know where I went but it felt like it took wayyyyy longer than that. I was driving for so long haha I left SF around 1500 and didnt make it to Atwater until after 2130 but I finally made it to Atwater. His parents set me up for the night in his sisters room and I went to sleep pretty fast. Its been a busy trip!
