Here I come Mexico! Day 2: La Piscina

Day 2

Today we woke up a 0400hrs so I only got three and a half hours of sleep. We had to walk to the airport in a snowstorm and we didn't have any jackets because we left them in the car at the valet place. My Grandpa and I got through the airport security but my Grandma had to be put through the big scanning cylinder. Once we got on the plane it took four hours twenty-four minutes to get there. Once we landed we went and got our luggage and then I got changed because it was so hot. When we got out of the airport we got in a big white van with eighteen seats and el conductor drove us to the hotel. "Occidental at Xcaret destination" It was the best hotel I've ever been to. When we got there me and my grandparents went swimming. We swam for a few hours. It was the first time I have ever seen my Grandpa swim. After this, we went to the buffet for dinner. In the buffet, they had international foods and then Mexican desserts. I love Mexican desserts especially buñuelos. Next, we went to an acro show in El Teatro. Before the show started I did mini-disco. We played "coca-cola, fanta, sprite." Then we played guess that song and I won some Mexican candy and a Christmas ornament. Next was the acro show. There were 12 dancers and they were amazing. They did a bunch of turns. Mexico is amazing so far.
